Heavy duty items (pins, totes, washi tapes and clay items) MUST be tracked.
- If you accidentally purchase them without selecting the tracked option I'll contact you to upgrade the shipping cost;
- If you choose not to upgrade the shipping cost, I'll refund you the fore-mentioned items and a 4€ charge will be applied. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Clay items info
Clay items are handmade by me in Lisbon, Portugal.
Due to their crafty nature, it'll take me 2-3 weeks to ship your order. Please select tracking or I'll need to contact you to upgrade your shipping.
- Orders without clay items will be shipped within a week.
- If you purchased stickers/others plus a clay item then everything will be shipped to you within 2-3 weeks.

I provide both TRACKED and UNTRACKED options for flat mail.
Please note that I do NOT take any responsibility for lost & damaged mail. But I will assist you in contacting the carrier I use, to provide you answers for lost tracked mail and lost tracked packages.
Be sure to select tracked shipping, so you know exactly where your package is.

Digital products are not refundable.

Please note that the post office is not open on weekends nor on holidays.
I send orders out once a week.

You should always introduce your name and address properly when concluding a purchase. I will not be held accountable for wrong addresses/information.
If you found out within the processing time that your order is incorrect in any way please contact me straight away via contact form or instagram @conmfy.
🚚 ORDER SENT
After your order is dropped off at the post office, you will receive an email confirmation.
And if you selected tracked shipping, then a tracking number will also be sent to you as well.

Europe & UK: 5-10 business days
International: 10-15 business days

Portugal: 5-10 business days.

If an item is not delivered and comes back to me:
- And you want it back I need to charge you for shipping costs again.
- If you don't want it I'll refund you the value of your undelivered goodies minus restocking fee (4€). I can't refund you the shipping cost.
🔒 CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you ever come across any problems (import taxes, fees, or other) it's your responsibility to pay them at your country's customs office.
It's mandatory unfortunately.
