• Due to new postal restrictions, all USA orders are suspended.
• If you place an order, I will cancel and refund it.
💌 Customers can now choose between tracked or untracked shipping when placing an order for heavy-duty items (pins, totes , and washi tapes).
• Non-U.S. customers can now choose untracked shipping when purchasing heavy-duty items.
• Non-U.S. customers can still upgrade their order after purchasing, as long as it’s within the processing time.
• By placing an untracked order I can not help if it gets lost.

This shop provides both tracked and untracked options for flat mail for non-U.S. customers.
Please note that I do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail.
However, I will assist you by contacting my carrier (CTT) on your behalf to help locate lost tracked mail or packages.
Be sure to select tracked shipping, so you know exactly where your package is.

📦 PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be packed and sent out within 5–7 business days. I ship orders once a week.
Please note that my post office is closed on weekends and public holidays.

After your order has been dropped off at the post office, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you selected tracked shipping, a tracking number will also be provided.

Portugal: 5-10 business days.

If an item is not delivered and comes back to me:
- If you want it reshipped, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost again.
- If you don’t want it reshipped, I’ll refund you the value of your undelivered items minus a €4 restocking fee.
